New Year

Dear Corinne,

Sounds like you had a wonderful time over Christmas!

So with Christmas over and behind us, we move towards the end of the year.
It is, traditionally, a time to review and reflect on the year we have been travelling through. There are, of course, various ways to do this. Here are some suggestions/options for you to try! Some will require more time than others!

You may recall, the three Running the Race letters that I wrote to you a few years ago…………you could revisit them!

You could listen to Review and Reflect This meditation begins with an awareness exercise and then provides an opportunity to review and reflect on the past year. It lasts approximately 20 minutes, including narration, music and periods of silence. You may want to spend more time as you engage in this reflection.

You could listen to Pillar. This begins with an awareness exercise and then provides an opportunity to reflect back over the year. This meditation lasts approximately 10 minutes including narration, music and periods of silence.

It is a good to reflect back on the past year and to look forward in anticipation at what the year ahead holds for you. The writer to the Hebrews talks about running with perseverance the race marked out for us (Hebrews 12:1)

So, as the New Year approaches, I encourage you to resolve to press on and to keep running the race marked out for you!

May God bless you abundantly, as you put your hand in his, and travel with him into all that he has prepared for you in the coming year.

with love,
