This is a video meditation. It includes an opportunity to consider your current roles, activities and responsibilities and it gives you an opportunity to record your responses.
The actual recording lasts 14 minutes, including narration, silence and music, but you will need to allow time for your responses.
You will need two sheets of paper and a pen to record your responses and thoughts.
