I’ve lost my password! How do I reset it?
You can reset your password yourself at any time when you visit the ‘Your Account’ page (with the little person icon in the main menu). On this page you will see the typical “username” and “password” fields. Below these is a “Log in” button and next to that a link saying “lost password?” Clicking this will take you to a screen where you can fill in the email address you registered with us. You will then be sent an email with a link to reset you password. If this email does not come to your email inbox try checking your spam folder. Also, check you have entered the correct email address.
